[edit] Minimum Order values on the cart page

In the 'Min order value box' enter the price below which you cannot make a purchase.

This works with the 'Min order prompt box'.

In the example we have set a value of £10, the default is 0, allowing any purchase, this message will appear if the checkout button is pressed and the total value of the cart is below the 'min order value'.
